Privacy Policy
Maestrify is currently in the waitlist phase — the product hasn’t launched yet; we’re collecting sign-ups for closed beta in summer 2026. This policy covers only what happens at this stage. Once beta opens, it will be extended via a separate notice.
1. What we collect
When you sign up for the waitlist, we receive what you submit in the form:
- Email — required.
- First name — optional.
- Instagram / Telegram handle — optional.
- How you heard about us — optional.
- What you want to automate — optional.
Nothing else — no phone numbers, no IDs, no payment details. There won’t be any until you choose to subscribe (and there are no payments at the waitlist stage).
2. Why we collect it
Only two purposes:
- To email you when the beta opens — with an invite and a free month of Pro for the first 100 sign-ups.
- To understand who is signing up and why, so we can build the product around real problems instead of guesses.
No marketing blasts, no spam. Joining the waitlist is not a newsletter subscription.
3. Where the data lives
The waitlist form is collected via EmailOctopus — data is stored on their servers under their privacy policy. Only the founder has access to the entries.
Data is not shared with third parties or sold to ad networks.
4. Cookies and analytics
To understand how you use the site and improve it, we use two analytics services:
- Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps. Helps us see where you got stuck or what wasn’t clear.
- Yandex.Metrica — visit statistics, traffic sources, conversions.
These services set their own cookies and collect anonymized behavioral data (clicks, scrolls, time on page). We don’t collect personal data through them.
If you’d rather opt out — disable cookies in your browser or use a blocker like uBlock Origin / AdGuard. The site will still function.
5. How to remove your data
Write to hi@maestrify.app with the subject "Remove me from the waitlist" and the email you submitted. Data is removed within 7 business days, and you get a confirmation email.
Once the beta launches, every registered user will be able to delete their account in one click from inside the app.
6. Policy changes
If anything meaningful changes, we’ll email the address you signed up with and update this page. The date at the top always reflects the latest revision.
